Sydney – Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach

Today I did one of the most famous walking tours of Sydney. Walking from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach is about 6-7km and takes you up to 2-3 hours depending on how often you stop to take pictures. Apparently this walk is so popular that way more tourists gather there compared to Manly Beach and the National Park.

However, spending some hours in the sun and lying on the beach is always fun everywhere.

In the majority of cases the walk starts at Bondi Beach heading in South direction. So..goodbye Bondi Beach…

Besides Bondi Beach the next spot to discover is Marks Park with a great view over the coastline. IMG_2860 IMG_2878 IMG_2885IMG_2910

A few more km South is Tamarama Beach that is tiny compared to Manly Beach.

On the way, besides the tourists and backpackers, were so many Aussies going for a run, surfing or just lying in the grass. But those two Asian people seemed to be completely insane as they were fishing at the edge of that cliff with 10m high waves jumping out of the sea.

Next Beach is Bronte Beach fully surrounded by small hills.

Burrows and Bundock Park have some altitude…a great place to take some pictures from the Sea an Coogee Beach Area.  IMG_3007 IMG_3018 IMG_2973

And finally arriving at Coogee Beach…
